No. If you want to create and personalize the planner as it is shown on the website, you will ALSO need to purchase the DIY Template Subscription or the Done For You Service. The Gift Set provides you the physical planner itself along with the gift box, greeting cards, hole punch, etc. The DIY or Done For You Service will provide the personalization of your book. Adding your own words and your own photos is what makes Loved Ones Senior Planner so unique!

We highly recommend using LibreOffice because Loved Ones Senior Planner was designed to be used with this free editor. Therefore, we are able to assist you with it and answer any questions you may have. If you choose to use another editor, our support team will not be able to assist you if difficulties should arise. By recommending a quality editor that is free for everyone to use, it allows more people to benefit from this unique product.

Both the DIY Template Subscription and the Done For You Refill Subscription allow you to download new large-print calendar pages for at least 12 months into the future. Therefore, you can prepare and gift the Loved Ones Senior Planner anytime throughout the year.

For $4 per month you will have access to all the templates and downloads. This includes calendar refill pages and any new downloads that are added. This allows you to update your book anytime and add new family events (such as graduations, weddings, new babies, etc) as they come into the picture.

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the gift set for any reason, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price you paid. However, the template subscription fee and Done For You Service fee are separate and cannot be refunded.

No. You will need a computer with a PDF editor in order to add your names and photos to the templates. Our recommended editor is free and can be easily downloaded from the Members page onto any computer.

The answer depends on two things: 1) the number of pages you will be customizing and 2) how quickly your family provides the information and images needed to personalize your pages. Some families work together better than others :)

Once you gather information and images from your family, you will upload them to us. We estimate approximately 2-3 weeks before they arrive back at your door completed & ready to insert in your book.
